Use of this website is subject to these Terms of Use:
Pricing
- Prices, products and offers include GST (excluding gift vouchers).
- All prices are correct at the time of online publication. Prices are subject to change without notice. Online pricing may differ from prices available in our within our shops.
- All orders will be charged in Australian dollars at the time of dispatch.
- All items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering.
- Sale items are only available at the lower price during the sale period.
- Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable.
- We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors.
Delivery Costs
All deliveries are made by Australian Registered Post. Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.
Australian Delivery
All Australian orders should include a daytime delivery address and contact details. Please note that we are unable to accept orders to P.O. Box numbers.
Delivery Delays
Unforseen supply problems or unexpected demand may occasionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
International Ordering
International airmail orders are sent by Australia Post. They are traceable to the point where they have left Australia. The deliveries of these orders are subsequently reliant on overseas postal services. We will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services. Orders are traceable and fully insured and therefore replaceable if lost.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We will gladly refund, credit or exchange products which are faulty or those in original sale condition on presentation of the original receipt. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns are to be sent to:

Where the original payment was made by cheque or money order, please allow up to 21 business days for refunds to be processed.
Overseas Returns
Where a refund of goods is payable all items are required to be returned by the recipient at their own expense using the same credit card used for the original order. Upon receipt of the returned goods we will refund the original cost of goods and refund any mutually agreed return postage charges to the same credit card. No goods shall be refunded without prior agreement between the recipient and/or customer and Paradise. Please include all return postage receipts. Delivery and packaging charges are not refundable unless as a result of our error. All returns of international deliveries are subject to our International terms and conditions.
Australian Law
You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the South Australia.

ALL Online Materials, including pages and online images, are protected by the Copyright Laws of South Australia. All rights are reserved.
When you access the site you agree that:
